Active Ingredients: Phytochemicals: Alpha-pinene, beta-carotene, bergapten, beta-sisterol, falcarinol, cavacrol, ferulic acid, ligustilide, myrisic acid, scopoletin, p-cymene, vanillic acid, umbelliferone.
Nutrients: Calcium, folate, magnesium, manganese, iron, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, zinc, vitamins B1, B2, B5 and C.

Dong Quai and lady's mantle are great herbs for easing symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and heavy menstrual bleeding. As well as helping balance female hormones dong quai is also rich in iron and magnesium, which makes it an excellent blood stimulant. CAUTION: Should not be taken during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding due to possible hormonal, anticoagulant and antiplatelet properties.

Hot infusion

Preparing a hot infusion dong quai tea requires several steps.

(1) Fill one tea infuser full of the dong quai tea herbs.

(2) Pour one cup of boiling water over the herbs.

(3) Cover the cup to ensure all the volatile oils & aromas in the dong quai tea herbs do not escape.

(4) Allow the herbs to infuse for 3-5 minutes, then sip
