Oolong is the most popular tea drank in china today. As well as being known to help in weight management, oolong tea has many other benefits. Oolong tea contains a large quantity of polyphenol. According to research, it has become clear that polyphenol is the ingredient that generates the unique flavor to oolong tea and also promotes beauty and well being. Oolong tea is made in a semi-fermented process, it includes a wide variety of polyphenolic compounds and these different nutrients are probably integrated to bring great benefits to our bodies. For example, they are effective in reducing triglyceride and removing free radicals.

Hot infusion

Preparing a hot infusion oolong tea requires several steps.

(1) Fill one tea infuser full of the oolong tea herbs.

(2) Pour one cup of boiling water over the herbs.

(3) Cover the cup to ensure all the volatile oils & aromas in the oolong tea herbs do not escape.

(4) Allow the herbs to infuse for 3-5 minutes, then sip
