Hyssop has been used for many ailments due to its volatile oil content, which helps to kill off infections. As well as being beneficial for regulating blood pressure, circulatory problems, epilepsy and gout. It has also been used to combat weight problems, bronchitis, pneumonia and asthma.

Hot infusion

Preparing a hot infusion hyssop tea requires several steps.

(1) Fill one tea infuser full of the hyssop tea herbs.

(2) Pour one cup of boiling water over the herbs.

(3) Cover the cup to ensure all the volatile oils & aromas in the hyssop tea herbs do not escape.

(4) Allow the herbs to infuse for 3-5 minutes, then sip
