Shepherd's purse is a beneficial herb used for any bleeding conditions. It also has a regulating effect on heart function and on high or low blood pressure. It can also be a useful herb for treatment for chronic diarrhoea and dysentery.

Hot infusion

Preparing a hot infusion shepherd's purse tea requires several steps.

(1) Fill one tea infuser full of the shepherd's purse tea herbs.

(2) Pour one cup of boiling water over the herbs.

(3) Cover the cup to ensure all the volatile oils & aromas in the shepherds purse tea herbs do not escape.

(4) Allow the herbs to infuse for 3-5 minutes, then sip
