Epilobium is the most effective herbal tea for treating prostate disorders. It is also a herb with exceptional long term therapeutic effects with no side effects. As well as its traditional treatment for enlarged prostate, epilobium is also useful for treatment of urinary infections, kidney and bladder disorders, menstrual disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, incontinence in both women and men, diarrhea and cystis. CAUTION: Epilobium whether taken internally or externally is not recommended and should be avoided in women who are pregnant or on birth control pills.

Hot infusion

Preparing a hot infusion Epilobium Tea requires several steps.

(1) Fill one tea infuser full of the Epilobium Tea Herbs.

(2) Pour one cup of boiling water over the herbs.

(3) Cover the cup to ensure all the volatile oils & aromas in the herbs do not escape.

(4) Allow the herbs to infuse for 3-5 minutes, then sip.
